Investor capital is intended to be held through arrangements structured to be separate from the Nucassa Holdings operating balance sheet, subject to transaction-specific terms.

Defined cycles

Each SPV is typically launched with a documented exit route and a target holding period, defined per transaction.

Fee alignment

Participation economics are defined per SPV and disclosed at constitution. The platform avoids blind-pool commitments and implied guarantees.
